A comprehensive project has been initiated for the purpose of developing a city Emergency Operations Plan and Continuity Plans for all operational departments.

For this project, we have selected the BOLDplanning.com Platform's EOP and COOP modules, designed to assist organizations in the plan development process. The system guides users through each plan component, and helps develop plans that outline the roles and responsibilities required to ensure an organization's ability to continue its operations during times of disruption.

The platform has been customized to meet our specific planning needs, and has been deployed via the internet at delray.boldplanning.com for this organization-wide planning initiative.
